Our kitchen is high quality and sustainable, our ambience minimalist and our attitude is socially committed. The special thing: The restaurant is run by a team of trainees and their trainers.
We offer young people from difficult life circumstances the possibility of a demanding, socio-pedagogically accompanied, gastronomic training. Our dedicated team of trainers from the catering industry and social workers supervises the young adults professionally in their training and support them in all other matters, such as school or private problems.
Each individual is challenged and promoted from day one. Together in the team, we practice taking responsibility and overcoming our own limits. These experiences strengthen the sense of belonging and shape the special atmosphere in the restaurant.
The training restaurant was founded in 2008 by Angela Bauer and Sandra Forster. They thus initiated a concept of professional youth welfare that is unique in Germany, successful and honored with the Federal Cross of Merit – and a new restaurant address in Munich.
